Shani Glaude, Phy.D
Dr. Shani Glaude, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland and Virginia, holding a Bachelor's in Psychology, a Master's in Counseling Psychology, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology earned in 2012.
Dr. Glaude brings to this conversation something that credentials alone cannot teach. She navigated her own academic and professional journey with known but untreated ADHD, and the lessons that path gave her now shape every aspect of her clinical work. She understands firsthand how much shifts when we name our experiences accurately, ask for help without shame, and radically accept our own needs and differences. Her therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Attachment Theory, the Gottman Method, and Executive Functioning tools, reflecting the very multimodal philosophy at the heart of this session.
Through her practice, Soul Well Psychotherapy, Dr. Glaude has created a virtual healing space for people who want to authentically know themselves and build a quality of life from that understanding. Her clinical philosophy is simple and powerful: acceptance does not require perfection, motivation can grow from compassion rather than self-criticism, and life can be deeply meaningful even while you are still finding your footing.

Dr. Sonia Rehman, Ph.D
Sonia Syed Rehman, PhD, is a lifespan neuropsychologist specializing in assessing cognitive, emotional, and social functioning across children, adolescents, and adults. She practices at Brain Care Clinic in Arlington, VA.

Her approach is warm, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practice, drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to meet each person where they are.
With deep experience supporting individuals and families through emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and complex mental health concerns, Devita brings both the clinical expertise and the human compassion this conversation requires.
