ADHD UnMasked support groups

The ADHD UnMasked Faith-Based Support Groups are welcoming and inclusive spaces where individuals with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence can grow in their faith while supporting one another. By bridging the gap between faith and science-backed, evidence-based strategies we foster understanding, acceptance, and appropriate management of ADHD within faith communities. Together, we explore how to embrace faith as our foundation, deepen our understanding of ADHD, and learn practical ways to support our daily lives. These groups exist to remove stigma, cultivate belonging, and create a supportive space where mental health is addressed with care, dignity, and love.

Are you interested in starting an ADHD UnMasked Support Group in your faith-based congregation?

The Society will partner with you by providing training and technical assistance to help you launch and sustain a thriving group. We equip you with accurate, science-backed, evidence-based education on ADHD, while you offer the spiritual care, community, and encouragement your members need to truly flourish.
