ADHD UnMasked support group
The ADHD UnMasked Faith-Based Support Group is a welcoming and inclusive space where individuals with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence can grow in their faith while supporting one another. By bridging the gap between faith and science-backed, evidence-based strategies we foster understanding, acceptance, and appropriate management of ADHD within faith communities. Together, we explore how to embrace faith as our foundation, deepen our understanding of ADHD, and learn practical ways to support our daily lives. This group exists to remove stigma, cultivate belonging, and create a supportive space where mental health is addressed with care, dignity, and love.
